BRIEF COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will take you through all the subjects mandated by the California Bureau of Real Estate, and includes instruction in real estate law, types of interest and ownership in real estate, home ownership, legal descriptions, titles, liens, taxes, encumbrances, listing advertising, appraisal, finance, closings, and professional code of ethics. Time table will be posted once available.

The student has a right to cancel this enrollment agreement and obtain a refund. You may cancel this enrollment agreement prior to the class start and receive a 100% refund. All refunds are contingent upon return of the unused study materials. If the school cancels or discontinues a course or educational program, the school will make a full refund of all charges.Credit Card Refund – All refunds will be made within five (5) business days if a valid credit card is on file and the original purchase occurred not more than 120 days prior to the refund request. If the course was purchased with a check or money order, then a refund check will be sent to the student within 2 weeks of the refund request.
Returned Checks – For all returned checks there will be a $20 surcharge added.
Duplicate of Certificates - $20.00 for each certified duplicate copy of the Certificate
Re-Enrollment/Re-Examination – If you do not complete the course within the prescribed 6-month time period, or fail the final exam you may re-enroll for another 6 months and will be charged $30.

Correspondence Course Identification Statement
Participants shall present one of the following forms of identification immediately before the
administration of the final examination:
A. A current California driver’s license.
B. A current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code
C. Any identification of the participant issued by a governmental agency or a recognized real estate related trade organization within the immediately preceding five years which bears a photograph, signature and identification number of the participant.
