REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
The student has a right to cancel this enrollment agreement and obtain a refund. You may cancel this enrollment agreement prior to the class start and receive a 100% refund. All refunds are ontingent upon return of the unused study materials. If the school cancels or discontinues a course or educational program, the school will make a full refund of all charges.Credit Card Refund – All refunds will be made within five (5) business days if a valid credit card is on file and the original urchase occurred not more than 120 days prior to the refund request. If the course was purchased with a check or money order, then a refund check will be sent to the student within 2 weeks of the refund request.
Returned Checks – For all returned checks there will be a $20 surcharge added.
Duplicate of Certificates - $20.00 for each certified duplicate copy of the Certificate
Re-Enrollment/Re-Examination – If you do not complete the course within the prescribed 6-month time period, or fail the final exam you may re-enroll for another 6 months and will be charged $30.

A. A current California driver’s license.
B. A current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code
C. Any identification of the participant issued by a governmental agency or a recognized real estate related trade organization within the immediately preceding five years which bears a photograph, signature and identification number of the participant.
